"I had a horrible experience at this \nestablishment. I can not even express how rude the staff was. They also made a rude and inappropriate comment. They have also been extremely rude to my 10 year old child. Overall I do not recommend coming to this location. They should be ashamed."

"Horrible, horrible, horrible company!!! Was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours for a pick-up. Did not happen. Called them, no response, just a machine saying to leave a message. Went on-line per the recorded message, scheduled a pick-up. Called twice during the day to confirm it was scheduled, received an automated response that it was out for pick-up between 7am-7pm, waited around all day & moved the item to the garage for ease. Never showed, called to see what was happening - was told that on-line system does not work and I needed to call to schedule, but they were now closed for the weekend (pick-up was on a Friday 6-6-25) & that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours to schedule. Again, did not happen. Called 4 times, e-mailed twice, only to be told it has been escalated, and there was no response at the local terminal. Still cannot get a response, as I sit on-hold with them again as they "try to get a hold of a manager to help." Per Wayfair who originated the return, I was not supposed to do anything but schedule the pick-up, and that seems impossible!"

"I purchased my GE top load washer & dryer online, through Home Depot, on August 25, 2020. I also went with their extended warranty through Asurion. \nDuring the first part of December 2024 the washing machine wasn't functioning\nproperly. I contacted Home Depot Protection Plan. About a week and a half later on December 16, 2024, a technician arrived and determined the unit needed a speed sensor, and ordered one. On January 2, 2025 the speed sensor was replaced. It didn't solve the issue. A motor & invertor board was ordered. On January 15, 2025 those parts were installed. Didn't help. The main board was installed. Still not working properly. A technician was due to come out on January 15, 2025, but received a call saying the wiring harness needed replaced. Again, on order. It is due to be installed February 6, 2025. It's going two months with no working machine. They won't replace the unit, even though a technician has been out here four times. I'm 76 years old and having to go to a laundromat. I can safely say this has been one of the worse experiences I've had to deal with."

"Nice well stocked store, hate the layout. Separate entrance and exits so handicap parking people emded up walking too far if you can even find your way out. Dislike their 11 percent rebates, just drop the price 10 percent."
