"Went online and looked up a business that can replace my iPhone battery. Heath Best Buy and their geek squad popped up so I set an appointment for 7/26/24 to have it replaced. A few hours beforehand they call me saying they are a drop off (shipping) location only. No where on the website does it say that. Very unprofessional and caused me to take time off work for nothing. Never again"

NinjaOne Remote question : r/msp - Reddit
So far Ninja Remote has worked fine for me without issues, though still very early in the testing. I noticed it doesn't have remote printing (not an issue for techs, but is an issue for end user's doing WFH and connecting to office PCs). I was told it is a planned feature. In the meantime I was told TeamViewer or SplashTop should have that.

Port forward for remote access : r/PleX - Reddit
Plex Docs -> Remote Access and Granting Library Access Configuring Remote Access Remote Access can use two methods to open ports: UPnP and Manual Port Forwarding. UPnP, if enabled on your router, will pick an open port automatically. The port number will most likely change every time Plex Media Server starts (or remote access is enabled/disabled).

27GR95QE no remote, unable to access settings? : r/OLED_Gaming - Reddit
I do have an LG OLED tv, that has a remote. The model of the remote is: AKB75855501 Unfortunately this remote does not work with the 27GR95QE monitor. Tbh, I couldn't care less about the monitor remote. But if there is literally no other way to access the settings I've listed above, then ya I'd have to return the monitor.

Remote desktop alternative : r/Windows11 - Reddit
UltraVNC is a remote control application for Windows that allows you to view and control the screen of other computers over the network. It works well on a local network and is free and open source. You can configure it to work only on your local network without the need for an Internet connection.

Does Waymo have remote driving? : r/SelfDrivingCars - Reddit
No. Waymo does not have any remote driving capability. They don't believe in remote driving because they don't believe it is safe. If the internet connection were to be slow or interrupted, there would be an unacceptable delay between the remote driver sending the driving input and the car executing the input which could cause an accident.

Teamviewer vs AnyDesk vs Chrome Remote Desktop : r/AnyDesk - Reddit
In the last few years I've used free AnyDesk, Teamviewer, and Chrome Remote Desktop. Gave up Teamviewer, because it regularly throws you out for the slightest infraction (and they don't even tell you what it is!) I like the user interface on AnyDesk, but connection is not reliable enough. Quite often, it simply refuses to connect. CRD seems to ALWAYS work, though it is a simpler setup. So my ...
